Move In / Out Procedures

A warm welcome to Balwyn Apartments.

To ensure an efficient and safe move for all residents, the procedure outlined below must be followed.

  1. Your move in/out must be supervised to prevent any damage to the common property (lifts, walls, doors etc.) including damage to overhead services such as fire sprinklers, light fittings, power lines, pipe work and any associated costs of emergency services attendance;
  2. If damage is found, the Building Manager will advise the Owners Corporation Manager who will contact you in regards to the cost of repairing the damage;
  3. The building is covered with CCTV cameras and the security access system will be used to ascertain the persons moving in/out;
  4. It is your responsibility to observe and adhere to all street and car parking signs in and surrounding Balwyn Apartments during your move. You are liable for any parking fines incurred.
