Waste Disposal

Waste Removal and Procedure

The Owners Corporation has negotiated the waste collection agreement with Waste Wise;

The collection days are Tuesday and Friday;

The rubbish room where the chutes are, is located on Level 1 (car park);

General and recycling waste must be separated. Please place the rubbish in the correct chutes and do not leave any rubbish on the floor;

When rubbish does not fit in the chutes, it must be placed in the large bins in the rubbish bin area next to the car park tilt gate (access from the street via unlocked metal gate).

Cardboard

All cardboard boxes must be flattened by the residents.

Hard Rubbish

Resident must NOT leave hard rubbish in the rubbish room or on the common property.

Examples of hard rubbish included, but not limited to:

• Mattresses
• Furniture
• Wooden or plastic boxes
• Personal items such as bikes, gym equipment etc.

Residents are responsible for arranging the disposal of their own hard rubbish.

Please note that any costs incurred by the Owners Corporation in having to arrange the removal of hard waste left on the common property, will be charged to the resident responsible.
