Social Club & Communal Spaces
Social Club membership gives you access to communal rooftop spaces for all participating buildings within EBV.   If you are not already, become a member of the Social Club by signing up via the East Brunswick Village App, find it on the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) under East Brunswick Village or web portal https://buildingportal.ebv.com.au/.
Once you have signed up to the App head to Residents Hub / Clubs / Social Club (accept the terms and request to join).

There are no fees associated with membership.

Once your application is approved, please allow up to 3 working days for your security access device to be activated.

Communal spaces include:

• Rooftop BBQ
• Rooftop Gardens
• Rooftop Veggie Garden
• Rooftop Kids Playground

Operating Hours of rooftop spaces are:

Monday – Thursday : 7am – 10pm
Friday – Saturday : 7am – 11pm
Sunday & Public Holidays : 8am – 10pm

Once a member of the Social Club you will also be able to join EBV Clubs including:

• Bee Club – tend to the hive and harvest fresh honey
• Veggie Club – grow and harvest fresh herbs and veggies
• Sustainability Club – be an active part of EBV’s vision to reduce our carbon footprint

The Social Club is also responsible for coordinating various events, all EBV residents who are members are welcome to attend!
