Waste Removal and Control Back

Garbage and recycling collection services will occur three times per week on:
Monday and Thursdays

Please note that garbage and recycling collection arrangements have been made by the Owners Corporation with a private collection company. Collection is not undertaken by local council at NHA.

All garbage and recycling must be deposited in the designated bins that are located in the car park garbage rooms. Allocation of bins are located on the lower ground level in the car park.

Clearly labelled bins are provided for normal household garbage and for recycling.

It’s the responsibility of residents to place garbage or items for recycling in the appropriately marked bins prior to collection.

Hard rubbish

Residents are asked NOT to dump hard rubbish such as furniture (i.e. bedding, mattresses, tables, chairs), appliances (e.g.TV’s, fridges, microwaves) in the common bin rooms or elsewhere on the development. Residents are responsible for arranging the disposal of their own hard rubbish. The Caretaker may be able to assist.

Please note that any costs incurred by the Owners Corporation in having to arrange the removal of illegally dumped items will be charged to the resident responsible.
