- Only Owners, or their delegated Managing Agents, may order Keys.
- Please download and fill out page 1 of the Key Order Form and e-mail it to the Owners Corporation Manager for authorisation at the following email address.
kf@urdocm.com.au - Once authorised (signed) by the Owners Corporation Manager the form will be returned to you, you will need to complete page 2 and send the form to Wynns Locksmith.
- You will make payment directly to Wynns Locksmith, and arrange to pick the key(s) up from Wynns Locksmith or make other arrangements for delivery (delivery by post $19.80).
